Telemetry and Monitoring
Our new telemetry system monitors all our customer systems in real time, collecting heartbeat and event information that our helpdesk and support teams can react to, prior to customers having to raise tickets or issues directly with the helpdesk if any of their live systems are having problems.
This information is available on a large wall display in our support office and also via a browser to our remote operators and staff.
